Hobart LXNR-5 Description
The Hobart LXNR-5 high-temp undercounter dishwasher is simple to operate with the top-placed control panel providing three cycles for light-, normal-, and heavy-duty loads. Using the Wi-Fi-enabled SmartConnect app, users can track machine status, temperature logs, and usage analysis. Low temperature and solution levels are indicated through the alert system. The auto-delime and auto-clean cycle help maintain ideal conditions during operation to create a user-friendly design, and this dishwasher saves energy by recycling steam back into the machine, reducing operational costs.
This Hobart LXNR-5 undercounter dishwasher is designed for high-volume use. Behind the 17-inch doorway, users can wash 30, 24, and 13 racks per hour depending on the cycle, while a second-level rack system (not included) enables the dishwasher to wash 48 racks per hour. The included combination rack is ideal for any wares, such as glassware or dinnerware. Inside the stainless steel cavity are anti-clogging dual wash arms and dual rinse arms with simple snap-in application. Rinsing conditions are maintained using a two-stage wash tank filtration system.
