Hobart LXNR-2L LXn Series High Temp Rack Undercounter Dishwasher w/ 30 Racks/hr Capacity, Built-in Booster, 120/208

The Hobart LXNR-2L high-temp undercounter dishwasher is designed for high-volume use and measures 23¹⁵/₁₆ inches wide. It can clean 30 racks with a single-rack setup and includes a two-level rack to increase its holding capacity to 48 racks. It’s made of stainless steel to minimize wear from heavy use, and it features dual wash and rinse arms to streamline cleaning. It’s designed for chemical sanitizing and includes chemical pumps to switch between detergent and rinse aid solutions.

Atop the Hobart LXNR-2L dishwasher, a user-friendly control system with Wi-Fi connectivity enables users to track machine status, temperature logs, error code reporting, and usage analysis via the SmartConnect app. An AutoClean cycle periodically cleans the compartment, and the delime detection prompts auto-dispensing when the unit has reached certain water hardness levels. This unit provides three operating cycles and reaches water temperatures as high as 150 degrees using the electric booster heater.
