Hobart LXNC-3 Description
Featuring touchscreen controls, the Hobart LXNC-3 dishwasher links to the SmartConnect app to ease cycle oversight and diagnostics. An AutoClean function and delime cycle remove remaining scale and soil to streamline end-of-day cleanup. For quick startup, an automatic fill function adds water to the tank. Chemical sanitizing enables low-temperature warewashing in the 17-inch chamber to clean 34 racks per hour, while optional two-level racking stacks small wares for increased capacity.
The Hobart LXNC-3 LXn dishwasher includes a strainer and scrap basket to catch food debris before it circulates through the 2 9⁄10-gallon wash tank. Designed for compact undercounter placement, it measures 23 15⁄16 inches wide by 25 9⁄16 inches deep by 33 1⁄4 inches high. Dual wash arms move water across loaded wares from multiple angles, while automatic priming works with the detergent and rinse aid pump to prepare chemical lines for use.
