Hobart LXGNR-30 Description
Set on a 6-inch leg stand, the Hobart LXGNR-30 Advansys™ undercounter glasswasher measures 23 15⁄16 inches wide by 26 13⁄16 inches deep by 34 9⁄16 inches high and raises the 12-inch chamber for ergonomic loading. Optional two-level racking arranges small items across two tiers, while automatic fill and dispensing release water and chemicals without manual intervention. Using simple touchscreen controls with the SmartConnect™ app, users can monitor cycle status and run service diagnostics locally or remotely.
The Hobart LXGNR-30 glasswasher uses an AutoClean function and Complete Delime™ to remove scale and scum from the cabinet, while a pump drain channels used water out of the machine. Engineered for hot water sanitation, it integrates a Sense-A-Temp™ booster that stabilizes water temperatures. Automatic priming prepares chemical lines, and steam elimination and Energy Recovery™ manage vapor and recapture heat for efficient operation. Outfitted with a 2 9⁄10-gallon tank and dual wash arms, this model sanitizes 30 racks per hour.
