Hobart LXGER-1 Description
Programmable with light and normal wash cycles, the Hobart LXGER-1 high-temp rack glass washer can clean 24 or 30 racks in an hour. Each rack requires 0.62 gallon of water, and because it's a high-temperature unit, it doesn’t require chemicals for sanitizing. Using a booster heater that increases the temperature by 70 degrees Fahrenheit, the rinse water reaches 180 degrees Fahrenheit to properly sanitize glasses.
At the start of a wash cycle in this Hobart LXGER-1 undercounter glass washer, the tank automatically fills up with water to minimize operator requirements. Controls on this washer simplify operation and are top mounted for access, while a digital LED screen shows the wash temperature and cycle setting on the panel. The door opening has a 12-inch clearance, and a rack is included to hold tumblers and stemmed glassware.
