Hobart LXGEPR-1 Description
With two programmable cycle settings, the Hobart LXGEPR-1 Advansys™ rack undercounter glass washer can clean 29 or 38 racks in an hour. Because the unit is a low-temperature washer, it doesn’t have a high-heat rinse cycle, meaning it must use chemicals to sanitize dishes. There is an additional cycle in the unit called PuriRinse that rinses residue from chemicals with potable water.
The control panel on this Hobart LXGEPR-1 low-temp undercounter glass washer is mounted above the door and has a digital LED display that shows the cycle type and water temperature. This readout also shows diagnostic messages, and the unit alerts users when chemical refills are needed or when the wash arms are clogged. Shutting the warewasher down if it’s been idle for a user-specified amount of time, it also has an energy-saving mode. The glass washer is elevated by a 14-inch leg stand and comes with a rack for glassware.
