Hobart HSL180-1 Description
The Hobart HSL180-1 spiral floor mixer has a long lasting stainless steel bowl designed for heavy-duty use. The bowl has a 180-pound capacity, making it ideal for pizzerias and bakeries that produce a large amount of dough. The bowl has a wireform guard that prevents operation when the front guard is not in the correct potion. The guard allows users to add ingredients without stopping the mixer and observe the mixing process.
A reversible bowl drive is included for incorporating ingredients and mixing smaller batches. The bowl drive rides on ball bearings and eliminates extra bowl support, which provides extra durability. The Hobart HSL180-1 spiral mixer has a bowl jog control that gives users quick batch turnaround and easy unloading. This model has a convenient dual electronic timer that allows the operator to set an automatic shift from the first mixing speed to the second.
