Hobart HS8N-1 Description
The Hobart HS8N-1 meat slicer’s 13-inch knife can slice through a wide variety of product. It’s a great unit for butcher shops and grocery market delicatessens, where it can be used to slice meats and cheeses into thin slices for sandwiches. The slicer is fitted with a top-mounted sharpener to maintain the knife’s edge.
The Hobart HS8N-1 manual slicer has a sturdy stainless steel knife cover that’s built to resist scratching and denting, offering a long service life. The base is corrosion-resistant aluminum for added resilience. A total of six safety interlocks are built into the slicers, one of which is a 30-second shut-off that suspends operation if the user has to step away.
