Hobart HS8-1 Description
The Hobart HS8-1 meat slicer has a 13-inch knife that’s great for slicing meat at delicatessens and butcher shops. This knife can be taken out of the slicer using its removal tool in order to clean the blade. A sharpener is mounted on top of the slicer to maintain the knife’s edge and keep it in excellent working shape.
The Hobart HS8-1 manual slicer possesses six safety interlocks, including a shut-off feature that deactivates the machine after 30 seconds in case the user needs to walk away mid-operation. Its base is made of aluminum, a durable and corrosion-resistant metal. The knife cover is stainless steel and holds up well against dents and scratches.
