Centerline by Hobart HMM20-1STD Description
Designed for all-purpose applications, the Hobart HMM20-1STD Centerline planetary mixer has a 20-quart bowl that stays stationary while the agitator rotates inside it. Letting users incorporate, blend, and mix ingredients, it operates at three different speed options. Meaning belts aren’t used so there is no risk of them slipping and stopping operation, the transmission is gear driven. Using this mixer is straightforward with the digital controls, and the time recall feature remembers the last timer setting, which is ideal for mixing multiple batches of the same recipe.
The bowl on this Hobart HMM20-1STD commercial mixer is made of stainless steel and so is the removable bowl guard. If this guard isn't in place, the mixer won't operate, and it can be rotated for ingredient additions and agitator changes. This mixer comes with a wire whip for light ingredients, flat beater for medium-consistency product, and a dough hook for heavy doughs. On the front, the No. 12 hub accommodates meat choppers and vegetable slicers that are sold separately.
