Ecoline by Hobart ECO12 Description
The Ecoline by Hobart ECO12 Ecoline manual slicer features a 12-inch, chrome-plated blade that cuts a maximum thickness of 9⁄16 inches. A simple power switch and thickness knob operates the unit. Staff grasp the handle, which presses the meat or cheese against the guide and onto the blade. The mounted sharpener helps maintain the knife's razor edge, and for simple cleaning, the slicer's carriage, sharpener stone, and meat grip are removable.
