So dishes, pots, and pans can be sanitized in one unit simultaneously, the Hobart AMTL-2 door-style dishwasher features two independent wash chambers with separate pumped-rinse systems. While the upper chamber offers timed 1-, 2-, 4-, or 6-mintute wash cycles or NSF-rated pot and pan 2-, 4-, and 6-minute cycles and the lower chamber offers a 3- or 6-minute utensil cycle. To adjust wash duration, this high-temperature dishmachine is equipped with user-friendly touchscreen controls. These controls can be connected to Wi-Fi and the Hobart Smart Connect app for further monitoring.

This unit can clean 80 racks per hour with hot water sanitization. The built-in Sense-A-Temp™ electric booster can raise 110-degree-Fahrenheit incoming water by 60 degrees Fahrenheit to ensure safe rinse temperatures. Both the upper and lower chamber use 31⁄50 gallons of water per rack during the final rinse. To streamline operation, it features an automatic fill and a self-draining, high-efficiency wash pump with a stainless steel impeller.

The Hobart AMTL-2 two-level electric dishwasher features a 17-inch upper chamber door opening and an 8 7⁄8-inch lower chamber door opening that accommodates 7-inch plates. The upper chamber is equipped with revolving, interchangeable upper and lower anti-clogging wash arms and revolving, interchangeable upper and lower rinse arms, while the lower chamber includes a snap-in, revolving lower wash and rinse arm. This unit measures 28 1⁄16 inches wide by 24 1⁄4 inches deep by 59 15⁄16 inches high overall, and its tank, tank shelf, chamber, trim panels, frame, and steel are made of rust- and corrosion-resistant stainless steel. To preserve heat and minimize heat transfer in the surrounding area, its five-sided hood and lower door are insulated.
