The Hobart AM16T-BAS-4 high-temp door-type dishwasher includes a sheet pan rack that fits full-size pans. Its vent fan pulls humid air away from the chamber, while the pumped drain mechanically clears spent water after washing. Processing up to 60 racks per hour, its 30-inch-wide by 25 1⁄4-inch-deep by 67 9⁄16-inch-high frame mounts on integrated legs and installs in corner or pass-thru setups to promote efficient workflow. Controlled by a touchscreen, it eases diagnostic checks for minimal downtime.
The Hobart AM16T-BAS-4 dishwasher incorporates a lift-up door to simplify cycle activation in high-volume foodservice settings. Outfitted with revolving X-shaped wash arms, it ensures full-coverage washing, while automatic fill and pumped rinse preserve continuous water delivery from the 10 1⁄2-gallon tank. Electric tank heat and the Sense-A-Temp™ booster correct rinse temperature for high-heat sanitization. The two-stage filtration catches debris throughout the cycle, and AutoClean eliminates leftover residue.
