Hobart AM16T-ASR-2 Description
The Hobart AM16T-ASR-2 high-temp door-type dishwasher integrates a pumped drain with water tempering for safe expulsion through an air gap. To retain a sanitary environment inside the 27-inch chamber, it features an AutoClean function and automatic deliming that destroys scale accretion. A lift-up door promotes smooth loading and automatically engages a new wash cycle when closed. Supporting 52 racks per hour, the revolving X-shaped wash arms sweep spray through changing positions across each rack. The Sense-A-Temp™ booster elevates incoming water temperatures, while a vent fan draws steam away from the washing area to minimize condensation around the top.
Featuring an automatic fill system, the Hobart AM16T-ASR-2 dishwasher restores the 10 1⁄2-gallon electric-heat tank's water supply to perform back-to-back cycles. The touchscreen controls transmit operating data for off-site equipment oversight. Measuring 29 13⁄16 inches wide by 25 1⁄4 inches deep by 67 9⁄16 inches high, its stainless steel body includes built-in legs for lasting stability in pass-thru or corner installations. Automatic soil removal pumps debris through a scrap screen and into a basket to boost water quality over time.
