Hobart AM16-BAS-4 Description
The Hobart AM16-BAS-4 high-temp door-type dishwasher is designed for installation in commercial kitchen spaces. This dishwasher measures 251/10 inches wide by 59 inches high and features a five-sided insulated hood. The tank, tank shelf, chamber, trim panels, and frame and feet are made of stainless steel for durability and corrosion resistance, and this unit cleans 60 racks per hour using X-shaped, revolving, interchangeable upper and lower wash arms and revolving, interchangeable upper and lower rinse arms. Thermoplastic rollers ensure the unit retains structural integrity throughout heavy use.
The Hobart AM16-BAS-4 high-temp door-type dishwasher's user-friendly controls enable users to select between one-, two-, four-, and six-minute cycles. The Sense-a-Temp 70-degree booster achieves ideal water temperatures for efficient washing, and users can connect to the SmartConnect app via Wi-Fi to check machine status, temperature logs, error code reporting, cost, and consumption and usage analysis. Auto-clean and delime cycles are included to simplify maintenance.
