Hobart AM16-ASR-2 Description
The Hobart AM16-ASR-2 high-temp door-type incorporates a 10 1⁄2-gallon wash tank with electric heat to keep wash water prepared as racks cycle through the chamber. Automatic filling maintains set water levels without manual intervention. Crafted with a lift-up design, its door streamlines rack retrieval and uses door-actuated startup for immediate activation. Automatic soil removal draws food waste from the wash water, while the screen and basket intercept large particles for convenient disposal. Furnished with a pumped drain and an air gap, the cabinet utilizes drain water tempering to lower the temperature of water before release.
Made of stainless steel, the Hobart AM16-ASR-2 dishwasher resists warping and discoloration from frequent impact. Integrated legs anchor the 30-inch-wide by 24 7⁄16-inch-deep by 59-inch-high body to minimize unwanted movement. A vent fan guides moisture-laden air away from the machine, and automatic deliming eliminates excess mineral scale buildup. For high-temperature sanitizing, the Sense-A-Temp™ booster increases incoming water temperature. Designed for corner or pass-thru installation, this unit delivers uniform spray coverage through X-shaped wash arms to accommodate 52 racks per hour.
