Hobart 6801-26 Description
The Hobart 6801-26 gear-driven meat saw's 142-inch blade operates at 4,150 feet per minute and tracks along a center crown pulley with pivoted automatic tension for tight, even alignment. To protect hands during processing, upper and lower guards enclose the blade, while a pusher guides product safely across the 24 1⁄4-inch by 16-inch plate. A split table with turned-down edges and a lower scrap pan contains debris for efficient cleanup. Measuring 38 1⁄4 inches wide by 49 1⁄4 inches deep by 73 7⁄8 inches high, its open stainless steel frame withstands routine power washing and stands on 2-inch adjustable legs.
