Follett 7CI114A-IW-CL-ST-00 Description
The Follett 7CI114A-IW-CL-ST-00 countertop dispenser is operated by placing a glass underneath the nozzle and selecting either the water or ice button. When not in use, the unit enters sleep mode to reduce power usage. This unit uses a Claris filter to catch particulates found in incoming water. It doesn’t require a drain, so it can be installed where a water line and electric outlet are present.
The Follett 7CI114A-IW-CL-ST-00 Champion™ countertop ice and water dispenser is ideal for use in low-volume locations such as breakrooms or office kitchens. It can produce up 125 pounds of nugget-style ice in 24 hours and can store 7 pounds of it at a time. Internal key components are built with antimicrobial Shield protection and accompanied by UV lighting to prevent the development of mold, mildew, and bacteria.

I would definitely buy this product again and from KaTom
My order was placed late on a Wednesday and it arrived via an LTL truck by Monday so that is fast delivery from my perspective. The machine is easy to setup as the instruction manual is very detailed and thorough. It requires an initial sanitization and the Kay-5 cleaning packet comes with it. The machine is a workhorse and is quick to replenish ice when the level gets low and it is relatively quiet for the size of the machine. It is built like a tank and is heavy for its size but manageable. Lastly, it appears that Follett strongly supports the product as there are very detailed parts diagrams available that calls out the part number for each component so it's a product that can be maintained for years and years of use rather than a throw away piece of equipment like most companies appear to be offering. It is expensive, but I don't mind spending extra money on things that actually last. Lastly, it is made in the USA.
