Measuring 16.12 inches in width by 23.50 inches in depth by 32.50 inches in height, the Follett 12CI414A-LI nugget ice dispenser is optimal for countertop use. This unit has the capacity for 12 pounds of ice and can produce as much as 425 pounds of Chewblet ice per 24 hours—a form of ice that's optimal for patient care. To conserve energy, the dispenser is designed with a Quiet Night™ sleep mode that turns the unit off when it's idle. It self-flushes automatically to remove impurities, and its drain cup has an air gap to protect food zone components from drain line contamination.

Protecting key ice and water contact components, the Follett 12CI414A-LI Symphony Plus™ ice dispenser comes with Agion® silver-based antimicrobial. Operators can dispense ice from the machine with its one-hand lever, and cleaning and sanitizing the entire unit only takes as little as 1 hour. Facilitating maintenance, an LED control board provides the dispenser's status. Operators can remove the unit's panels for access to its components, and because the dispenser's parts are common across all units in its series, the unit can be easily maintained over time. For an extended service life, the dispenser's evaporator and auger are made of stainless steel.
