Globe CHARRACK-KIT Description
Featuring two pieces to keep ample amounts of food warm, the Globe CHARRACK-KIT char rack kit is a useful accessory to most commercial charbroilers. Its racks are constructed of durable stainless steel to maintain warmth and both racks sport slots to promote proper aeration, ideal surface area, and elevation from drippage. To further encourage satisfactory heating, this kit includes 30 char rocks, which are designed to act as charcoals while requiring less energy and gas consumption. The pieces in this kit should not be cleaned in a dishwasher.
