Globe C12 Description
The Globe C12 manual food slicer is equipped with a durable 12-inch hard chromed knife that eases sharpening, cutting slices as thick as 9⁄16 inch. Its knife motor is cooled by fans, and if it gets too hot, the overload protection shuts it off until it manually resets. To reduce maintenance, the ball bearings are permanently lubricated. Operating the slicer is user friendly with its smooth, ball-bearing chute slide, and the stain-resistant anodized aluminum finish eases cleaning.
This Globe C12 food slicer's space-saving design is compact and lightweight, while the top-mounted knife sharpener is sturdy, accessible, and removable. To create a razor-sharp cutting edge, the dual-action sharpener has two stones. For cleaning, this unit's slice deflector, food chute, and knife cover are removable. Its power switch and knife hub are moisture resistant, and the sealed splash zones enhance sanitation.
