Equipped with two drawers, the True Refrigeration TUC-27F-D-2-HC TUC undercounter freezer's 7.6-cubic-foot aluminum interior fits two 12-inch by 20-inch pans for neat ingredient separation. Stainless steel construction reinforces the cabinet against denting and discoloration, while polyurethane insulation stops thermal transfer in warm environments. Measuring 27 5⁄8 inches wide by 31 1⁄8 inches deep by 36 inches high, the compact frame sits on a 5-inch caster base, enabling smooth installation beneath existing counters. Its self-contained, rear-mounted compressor defrosts automatically to minimize manual upkeep and runs on R290 refrigerant to hold product at -10 degrees Fahrenheit.
