The one-section design of the True TS-23F-FLX-HC refrigerator freezer measures 27 inches wide by 301/8 inches deep by 833/8 inches high to hold three 227/8-inch-long by 231/4-inch deep shelves. These shelves flaunt a PVC coat for added protection against water and moisture, reducing corrosion. It locks in the cold as the stainless steel door features a positive seal torsion-type closure system. For an all-around industrial appearance with strength and durability, it has a stainless steel front, anodized aluminum ends, and GalFan coated steel back. The interior cabinet resist scratches and abrasions with an aluminum liner and stainless steel floor. The coved corners on the refrigerator's interior catch any stray food pieces, eliminating hard-to-clean areas.
Great for ice cream, popsicles, beverages, or dairy foods, the True TS-23F-FLX-HC commercial refrigerator features a simple switch to convert the unit from refrigerator to freezer. Temperatures are adjustable from -10 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit, and its electronically communicated fan motors lower heat expenditure to minimize energy consumption. It has a time-initiated and temperature-terminated defrost system for convenient autonomy, and the condenser is bottom mounted for simple maintenance.
