To promote efficiency, the refrigeration system includes electronically commutated (EC) evaporator and condenser fan motors that move large volumes of air, producing less heat and using less energy as a result. Reversing condenser fan motors eliminate dust, debris, and dirt from the condenser coil to enhance performance, and operators can set times and temperatures to initiate and terminate defrost cycles, ensuring the unit remains free of icy buildup. The cabinet is fully insulated with high-density polyurethane, and after business hours, a night cover can be placed over the unit to minimize energy consumption.
