True Refrigeration T-23DT-G-HC~FGD01 Description
Ideal for use in fast-paced, compact kitchens, the True T-23DT-G-HC~FGD01 one-section refrigerator/freezer functions as both freezer and refrigerator. Using two independent, self-contained capillary systems, the refrigerator portion maintains temperatures at 33 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit while the freezer holds product at -10 degrees Fahrenheit. Each half door is made of double-paned, thermal glass for excellent chill retention, and its stainless steel front resists dents, scratches, and rust. So that operators can wheel it away for maintenance or relocation, this unit is mounted on 4-inch castors.
To offer a clear view of the interior and ease product retrieval, the True T-23DT-G-HC~FGD01 reach-in refrigerator/freezer is equipped with LED lighting. Operators can store product on three wire shelves coated in PVC to ensure strength and longevity. This unit is insulated with foamed-in-place polyurethane and cools with eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant.
The fan motor reverses direction for 20 seconds after the compressor starts, blowing dust and debris off the condensing coil. This self-cleaning feature increases the unit's lifespan and helps keep stored product cold. Although the coil is cleaned automatically, routine maintenance is still recommended.
