The True T-23DT-G-HC~FGD01 dual-temperature refrigeration unit includes a refrigerator section on top and freezer section on the bottom. Its freezer section maintains -10 degree Fahrenheit, while the refrigerator section temperature ranges from 33 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit; these temperatures are maintained with R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant that runs through capillary tube systems equipped with large evaporator and condenser coils. Since the condensing unit is mounted on the bottom, it is accessible for maintenance and avoids the hottest area of the kitchen.

Each time the compressor is started, the fan motor reverses direction for 20 seconds to eliminate dirt and debris from the condensing coil. By keeping the coil clean and performing maintenance regularly, the unit will run more efficienty and use less energy than when the coil isn't properly maintained. This helps provide proper product temperature and extend the unit's lifespan.
