The True GDM-07F-HC~TSL01 one-section display freezer is ideal for holding and displaying frozen treats on the countertop. A triple-pane, thermal-insulated glass door keeps cold air inside the cabinet. Keeping cold air in and warm air out, the magnetic door gasket is removable without tools to simplify cleaning. In the cabinet, three PVC-coated wire shelves can be adjusted in 1⁄2-inch increments to accommodate different product types.

The entire cabinet has high-density, polyurethane insulation foamed in place to keep cold air inside and create structural strength. With low-velocity, high-volume airflow created by the evaporator fan motor and large fan blades, temperature recovery and pull down time is fast and temperatures stay cold and consistent. So operators do not have to worry about manually defrosting the merchandiser, the True GDM-07F-HC~TSL01 one-section display freezer uses an automatic defrost system that is time initiated and time terminated.

Blowing dust, dirt, and debris off the coil, the condenser fan motor reverses for 20 seconds upon start up. When the coil is cleaned regularly, the system operates with reliability and efficiency that maintains consistent product storage temperatures. This cleaning feature also reduces energy consumption and prolongs the refrigeration system's lifespan. Despite the numerous benefits of this automatic self-cleaning, the reverse motor isn't a replacement for standard preventative system maintenance.
