The True GDM-41-HC-LD two-section glass door merchandiser has evaporator and condenser fan motors that produce better airflow in the cabinet, minimizing heat production and energy consumption. To simplify maintenance, the condensing unit is mounted in the bottom of the cabinet, creating a lower shelf that increases product visibility. To protect the evaporator from corrosion, it is epoxy-coated, while the refrigeration system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to keep temperatures cool from 33 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit.

The condensing fan motor reverses for 20 seconds after the compressor is started, removing dirt, dust, and debris from the condensing coil. By keeping the coil clean, the unit provides proper product temperatures and operates using less energy. Although this feature is self-cleaning, users should still maintain the condensing coil regularly.

The white powder-coated exterior is durable and permanent, and the white, aluminum interior liner will not peel or chip. A drain is conveniently built into the stainless steel floor to ease the cleaning process, and the True GDM-41-HC-LD two-section glass door merchandiser has foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation that keeps cold air in the cabinet. Double-pane, thermal-insulated glass doors help trap cold air and let customers view the product selection. Eight adjustable, PVC-coated wire shelves are adjustable on 1⁄2-inch increments for varying product heights.
