The True GDM-26-HC~TSL01 one-section merchandiser is equipped with a self-contained capillary tube system, which maintains steady temperatures from 33 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit. Its capillary tube system uses environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to stay cold. To save energy and reduce heat production, the evaporator and condenser fans move a consistent volume of air. While the evaporator's epoxy coating adds rust protection, the condensing unit’s bottom-mounted placement simplifies servicing.

For the first 20 seconds after the compressor is started, the condensing fan motor reverses to blow dirt and debris off the condensing coil. This is a self-cleaning feature, however, employees should still perform routine maintenance for best results.
