The True GDM-12-HC~TSL01 one-section glass door merchandiser will display product on three shelves that are adjustable in 1⁄2-inch increments, so operators can fix them to accommodate various product heights. LED lights, along with the white aluminum interior liner, brighten the cabinet and highlights products. The stainless steel floor has a built-in drain that makes cleaning the interior simple. Since the white powder-coated exterior is durable, it will resists peeling and chipping. Cold air stays inside the cabinet with foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation.

With a capillary tube refrigeration system that uses environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, merchandise stays chilled at temperatures between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit. The condensing unit is mounted on the bottom, providing convenient access for maintenance and creating a no-stoop shelf that helps ensure products are visible. The evaporator and condenser fan motors carry a consistent volume of air, so energy consumption is reduced and less heat is produced. The evaporator is coated in epoxy to resist corrosion.

To keep the condensing coil clean, the fan motor blows in reverse for 20 seconds after the compressor is started to rid the coil of debris and dirt. This helps the unit operate more efficiently, however, it's recommended that employees continue to perform routine maintenance. When the coil is clean, the unit operates using less energy to save money.
