TurboChef PLM-9900-2-II Description
Designed to rapidly cook multiple dishes at once, the TurboChef PLM-9900-2-II Plexor M2 combination oven uses impinged convection heating to evenly heat food. Positioned at the top left of the cabinet is the electronic controller with a one-touch interface; this system can hold unlimited recipes and simultaneous timers. The integral recirculating catalytic converter enables the unit to operate without requiring placement under a vent.
For durability and ease of maintenance, the TurboChef PLM-9900-2-II combination oven features a stainless steel construction. The system works automatically to manage power among the double decks and each includes their own 6-foot power cord. Overall, the dual unit measures 264/5 inches wide by 317/10 inches deep by 319/10 inches high and can be set atop worktops and counter spaces.
