TurboChef EL BANDIDO (I1 SOTA W/ PANINI PRESS) Description
With anodized aluminum press plates and rapid-cook design, the TurboChef ELBi1-9500-973 El Bandido panini press oven delivers speed and consistency for busy kitchens. The dual-plate press system creates balanced pressure from both sides, reducing cook time and producing uniform grill marks. Lightweight and removable, the press plates simplify cleaning and support high-frequency use without sacrificing performance.
Designed for versatility, the ELBi1-9500-973 includes a smart actuated upper plate that presses only when needed—ideal for both pressed and non-pressed recipes. A quick-release system helps staff remove the plates quickly, and the food-contact surfaces maintain safety standards. These features align with the oven’s advanced controls, ventless setup, and fully insulated stainless steel chamber.
