Its smart menu system stores 256 recipes and accepts USB updates to match dynamic workflows. Built for ventless use, it can operate without a hood in many locations—giving kitchens more freedom when adding rapid-cook capabilities to limited spaces.
The TurboChef ECO ST™ ECS-9500-805 uses one-touch controls and vertically recirculated air to prepare foods with minimal training and manual input. A top-launched microwave system and removable components help maintain performance and simplify cleanup. With a fully welded chamber and internal catalytic converter, this model supports repeated, mess-free use in high-demand foodservice settings.
