TurboChef ECO EL BANDIDO Description
Constructed of corrosion-resistant stainless steel, the TurboChef ECO EL BANDIDO ECO™ El Bandido electric convection oven measures 18 3⁄8 inches wide by 25 1⁄2 inches deep by 21 1⁄2 inches high to suit countertop configurations. Two solid PTFE baskets provide structured containment for small items, while side hand grips enable steady repositioning. Behind a pull-down door with an ergonomic handle, the 0.54-cubic-foot interior incorporates a removable rack and grease pan that simplify cleaning access. To ease routine maintenance, it comes with a cleaner packet, 24-ounce bottle, Guard bottle, two foamer triggers, and an aluminum paddle.
The TurboChef ECO EL BANDIDO oven features a top-launched microwave system that supports rapid cooking. Its 12 1⁄2-inch insulated cook chamber prevents energy loss, while a bottom jet plate swiftly guides airflow beneath product. With unlimited, USB-compatible recipe storage, touchscreen controls standardize daily service and perform self-diagnostics to ensure reliable operation. Smart voltage sensor technology adapts to matching inputs, and a catalytic converter manages ventless air filtration. Equipped with an external panini press, the oven uses aluminum anodized griddle plates for direct-contact heating.
