Made to withstand heavy use and resist corrosion, the Viking Commercial VCBR572-SG01A back bar refrigerator features a stainless steel interior and exterior. The unit uses a side-mounted refrigeration system, which is positioned in a way that provides ample interior space. This system utilizes R290 refrigerant—a safe and efficient hydrocarbon. Staff can set the desired holding temperature between 33 and 70 degrees Fahrenheit, and to prevent ice development and reduce the need for user intervention, the operating system is equipped with an automatic defrost mechanism.
This three-section unit is fitted with glass doors that work with the Viking Commercial VCBR572-SG01A bar refrigerator’s interior lighting to provide a clear view of the items inside. Each door locks to prevent theft and can be reversed to open from the desired direction. The cabinet’s interior spans 19.74 cubic feet and has three adjustable wire shelves per section.
