With glass sides, shelves, and top, the Equipex TN583 enclosed display showcases pastries with an emphasis on the product. Visible from all sides, food sits on two shelves and the base, and this enclosed case is accessible on the front and back through swing-up doors. Employees simply pull the small metal knob to lift the doors and grab the pastries they need. Both the shelves and top are tempered to prevent breakage, and the medium-density fiberboard base is sturdier than wood. Durable aluminum columns support the structure and hold the glass sides firmly in place.
