Equipex PSE-600/1 Description
Strong and long lasting, the Equipex PSE-600/1 Sodir-Roller countertop griddle is made of stainless steel; this metal is suited for heavy use, resisting damage from rust and corrosion. It’s divided into two cooking zones, and each is thermostatically controlled for precision. Pilot and temperature lights indicate the unit is currently in operation, and the cooktop can reach a maximum temperature of 570 degrees Fahrenheit. This unit’s control panel is recessed to avoid accidental adjustments.
To keep grease from splashing onto nearby equipment, the Equipex PSE-600/1 electric griddle is designed with built-in back and side splashes. Grease is collected in a drawer that operators can remove and empty at the end of the day. Made of smooth cast iron, this griddle supports rigorous use and won’t harbor stuck-on residue. Intended for use on a countertop, it measures 24 inches wide by 19 inches deep by 9 inches high.
