Equipex MC-04 Description
Great for hotel breakfast lounges or catering events, the Equipex MC-04 mobile crepe cart can be used to cook then serve crepes and waffles when used with the necessary equipment (sold separately). This 39 2⁄5-inch-wide by 23 3⁄5-inch-deep by 32 1⁄2-inch-tall unit is made of durable, rust- and corrosion-resistant stainless steel and features solid front and side panels for added strength. So customers have a view of the waffle- or crepe-making process, it's built with a front glass shield that enhances visibility and protects contents from airborne contaminants. To draw attention, this unit features a lighted panel beneath the sneeze guard.
Ingredients and other supplies can be stored in the Equipex MC-04 mobile waffle cart's base, which features sliding rear doors to ease product insertion and retrieval, and to deter tampering or theft, the doors can be locked. For organization, the base is equipped with bottom and intermediate shelves. The unit's workstation is equipped with a sliding pass-over shelf that can shield prepared ingredients from warm ambient settings after business hours. So the unit can be wheeled out of the way, it's positioned on four casters, two of which include brakes for stability.
