Equipex GLP6000 Description
Built to support rigorous use, the exterior of the Equipex GLP6000 Adventys induction griddle is made of rust- and corrosion-resistant stainless steel. It features a multi-layer griddle surface and is protected with built-in back and side splashes to keep grease splatter contained. To further support cleaning, its air filter and grease drawer are removable. Overall, this countertop unit measures 273⁄8 inches wide by 181⁄2 inches deep by 101⁄2inches high.
Featuring two cooking zones, the Equipex GLP6000 countertop griddle is equipped with two capacitive touch control panels. Operators can use these panels to adjust the temperature between 122 and 536 degrees Fahrenheit, with a total of 12 temperature setting options. To reduce the risk of overheating, each cooking zone is furnished with an integral cooling fan. An on/off switch enables operators to quickly power the unit off when it's not in use.
