Equipex GL2-7000F Description
Equipped with an integral cooling fan, the Equipex GL2-7000F countertop induction cooktop can be used all day without overheating, and it reduces the potential of element burnout by detecting when a pan on one of the two burners has been emptied. The two burners provide 3,000 watts each and are controlled individually on a touchscreen display. Because of the 20 power levels, this cooktop can handle anything from making a stir fry to melting chocolate for dessert.
The Equipex GL2-7000F countertop commercial induction cooktop has a stainless steel casing, making it durable to withstand heavy use in busy restaurants. Its vitroceramic glass cooktop and smooth control panel are convenient to wipe clean, while the grease filter is removable for changing and cleaning. To keep the cooktop operating efficiently, the grease filter purifies the air intake.
