Equipex GES20 Description
The Equipex GES20 waffle maker is designed to create Liege waffles that are made by pressing dough between two plates, creating an uneven-looking pastry. To help trap the dough in the grid, the grids have a thick rim, and any dough that does run free falls into the tray around the top. Both the tray and base are made of stainless steel, ensuring messes can be wiped clean. Because the plates are made of cast iron, they are heavy and durable, and if seasoned regularly, they provide a nonstick cooking surface that ensures waffles release smoothly. Great for new and experienced employees, the waffle controls are simple. Employees need only turn the unit on, set the temperature, and wait for the heat-up light to go out before adding the dough and waiting for the waffles to finish.
