Equipex DIABLOVG Description
The Equipex DIABLO VG double panini press has durable, nonporous vitrocermic plates, which heat foods quickly with radiant and contact heat. To give food a traditional grilled look, the top plate has grooves, and its auto-balancing design ensures food touches the plate directly. From the bottom, the smooth bottom plate provides thorough heating. Both plates are resistant to carbon buildup and corrosion, while the unit's stainless steel body withstands heavy use.
Each side has its own controls, consisting of a power switch, temperature knob, and electronic timer. Because the power switch is not connected to the temperature knob, employees can leave the unit at the desired temperature setting, and when they next turn it on, it should heat up to the same level. Enabling users to work on other dishes while waiting on sandwiches, the Equipex DIABLO VG double panini press has three-setting timers that count the cook time.
