Great for warming, toasting, and melting, the Equipex BAR-200/1 countertop commercial toaster oven has two shelves with top and bottom infrared heat. This unit's 15-minute timer provides a controlled operation for its continuous cook mode, and the compact footprint matches that of smaller toasters while doubling the product output. Constructed of stainless steel, the interior and exterior are durable and quick to wipe down. Two wire racks and a crumb tray are included, and the unit is furnished with removable, heat-resistant rack handles.

Review this product!
Poor performance
I would give zero if possible. Very pricey piece of equipment, that's why I expected to have decent performance but I was wrong. Useless and impossible to return, recommend toaster oven or similar with multiple uses and more than half of the cost.
