Powered by electricity, the Equipex 350FE single crepe maker's cast iron plate is constructed with a protective enamel finish, and it features a batter spreader for the operator's convenience. Users can thermostatically control the unit with temperatures as hot as 570 degrees Fahrenheit. Because this plate is heated by a replaceable spiral calrod element, temperatures rise rapidly and heat uniformly spreads across the entire surface.

excellent machine
I am a personal chef, so I use this machine for events, actually I have 2 so I can have quite big events. I am petite so it is a little heavy for me, but that is not a big deal. I am very please with this product I highly recommend it for those that want quality and durability.
