Because the Whip-It! ST-HOTSPOT-05 butane stove measures 13 3⁄10 inches wide by 11 inches deep by 3 1⁄2 inches high and weighs 3 3⁄10 pounds, it's ideal for campgrounds, picnic areas, barbecue, and other outdoor activities. To simplify transport, this black unit comes with a carrying case. Its 9,000-BTU burner is powered with a separately sold butane gas canister, and the automatic ignition mechanism eases startup. To cook various foods, from hot dogs to s'mores, the flame can be adjusted to create different cooking temperatures. Its 9 2⁄5-inch-wide cooking surface accommodates multiple foods simultaneously, and to protect the flame from blowing out in windy conditions, this unit is built with a wind guard. For user safety, it features an automatic safety shut-off mechanism.
