Compatible with indoor and outdoor use, the Cres Cor HC-UA-11 HotCube3™ insulated hot cabinet uses electricity and LP gas to produce and maintain safe serving temperatures for prepared dishes. Indoors, operators can use its standard 120-volt electric system, and when the unit needs to be transported outdoors, it can be unplugged and heated with propane fuel. By using a 1-pound propane tank, the cabinet can be heated for 8 hours, and users can monitor the propane flame through the sight glass. Operators can adjust temperatures from 140 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit to accommodate various holding needs via the digital thermostat, and fiberglass insulation preserves set temperatures in cool ambient environments. A battery indicator provides an accurate readout of remaining battery life when the unit is used outdoors, and it can be recharged with solar power.

For medium-volume applications, the Cres Cor HC-UA-11 tri-powered hot cabinet includes 11 sets of locking transport angles that can support 18-inch by 26-inch bun pans or 12-inch by 20-inch steam table pans. Its stainless steel interior features coved corners that are simple to wipe clean, preventing food particle and grease buildup. This 3⁄4-height cabinet measures 31 7⁄8 inches wide by 38 1⁄2 inches deep by 65 inches high and is furnished with four 8-inch heavy-duty wheels that withstand various terrains for smooth maneuvering. The two rear wheels are fixed to provide mobility when it's loaded to its 1,240-pound capacity, while its two front wheels include brakes for extra stabilization. To preserve its original look and withstand impact, the outer body is powder-coated red aluminum and includes a stainless steel internal frame.
