Cres Cor H-339-128C Description
The Cres Cor H-339-128C half-size proofing and holding cabinet is perfect for transporting food to another location. A twist lock catch ensures the door stays shut while the cabinet is being transported. Lift handles fold flat against the sides of the cabinet when you are finished using them. The unit is fully insulated to retain warmth, while the heating system maintains the ideal temperature. Aluminum construction and an internal frame provide stability for the unit. An antimicrobial latch helps prevent the spread of germs. The Cres Cor H-339-128C half-size proofing and holding cabinet can hold as many as 8 full-size pans that measure 12 inches by 20 inches.
