Reaching temperatures as high as 200 degrees Fahrenheit, the Cres Cor H-137-UA-12D insulated heated cabinet keeps cooked food at serving temperatures, and it holds 12 food pans on adjustable, chrome-plated angles. This cabinet is made mobile by 5-inch swivel casters with two brakes and recessed handles for maneuvering through the kitchen. Made of Hi-Tensile aluminum, this unit is strong and has interior coved corners so food particles do not clump up.
This Cres Cor H-137-UA-12D full-height mobile heated cabinet has two self-closing Dutch doors with magnetic gaskets that minimize temperature loss within the cabinet. The antimicrobial door handles protect against bacteria growth and keep the doors securely shut during transport to prevent food from falling. Although the doors come standard right-hinged, they are field reversible to accommodate varying needs.
