Cres Cor H-135-SUA-11 Description
The Cres Cor H-135-SUA-11 insulated hot cabinet holds prepared foods at serving temperatures until you are ready to serve. The heating system maintains temperatures up to 200 degrees Fahrenheit. Two Dutch doors are also insulated to keep warm air inside, while the gaskets prevent air from leaking out. The control panels comes with an easy-to-read thermometer.
Made from stainless steel, the cabinet is durable and easy to clean. The internal frame provides structure to the cabinet. Recessed pull and push handles are mounted on the sides of the cabinet for easy transporting. Swivel casters also help with moving the cabinet. The Cres Cor H-135-SUA-11 insulated hot cabinet comes with 11 sets of universal wire angles that can hold a variety of pan sizes on 11⁄2 inch center.
