Cres Cor 130-1836D Description
Keeping food at serving temperatures, the Cres Cor 130-1836D full-height non-insulated heated cabinet holds foods at levels as high as 180 degrees Fahrenheit. The 5-inch swivel casters have brakes on two and provide mobility even when the cabinet is fully loaded. Because its sidewalls are corrugated, this unit securely holds food pans with no chance of tips and spills.
To minimize heat loss, the Cres Cor 130-1836D mobile heated cabinet has a tight-sealing gasket around the door, and the brushed aluminum door is also secured using a gravity-type latch, ensuring that food pans do not fall out during transport. The control panel is located on the cabinet's exterior and includes a thermometer. Made of aluminum, this unit is strong and corrosion resistant.
